El General warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date. The warranty does not cover any damage due to excessive wear, abuse, or damage from external objects. If your El General product has a defect and is under warranty, El General will repair or replace it. In the event we are unable to repair or replace the item, El General may issue a refund. El General products under warranty will be replaced or repaired by El General craftsmen from materials of equal or greater quality within 60 days of receipt of the product. Due to El General unique components, any work performed on your item other than El General skilled craftsmen will render the warranty null and void.

We are aware of the challenges associated with overseeing a global supply chain and our global staff actively manages and oversees our suppliers and vendors to ensure that our corporate responsibility standards are upheld. contractors with whom we do business to uphold these same standards. All our direct suppliers certify that the materials incorporated into our products are procured in a way that meets or exceeds all applicable laws and regulations in the countries they do business in. We have defined appropriate business practices and expect every El General employee to know the laws and policies that apply to their business activities. At El General we invest in our employees in many ways. We provide training for our employees on a number of business and leadership topics, including training for our supply chain employees by a respected third party expert on the important topic of human trafficking and slavery prevention.
